Art & Wine Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  1. Validity

    • The Art & Wine Gift Card is valid for a period of 2 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date is printed on the card or provided at the time of purchase. After this date, any remaining balance will be forfeited and the card will no longer be valid.

  2. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

    • This gift card is non-refundable and non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, nor can it be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

  3. Redemption

    • The gift card can only be used to purchase products or services offered by Art & Wine. It is not redeemable for cash or other forms of currency.

  4. Usage Restrictions

    • The gift card may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts unless explicitly stated by Art & Wine.

    • The card cannot be reloaded or used to purchase another gift card.

  5. Remaining Balance

    • If the purchase exceeds the gift card’s balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method. If the purchase is less than the balance on the card, the unused balance will remain on the card and can be used until the expiration date.

  6. Lost or Stolen Cards

    • Art & Wine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the gift card. Please treat the card as you would cash.
